The Zero™️ System

Ionic Systems Reach & Wash® System called The Zero™️ represents a leap forward in pure-water cleaning. It contains several unique technologies and is the most advanced system available. It represents the Ultimate in pure water window cleaning systems and sets the new GOLD STANDARD for purification at Parts Per Billion (PPB).

Why has the purification standard changed?

In 1997 Ionic Systems introduced The Reach & Wash® System and at that time they told the World of Window Cleaning that water of zero parts per million (0ppm) was the standard required for spot free results; however, water fed poles are not magic wands and both cleaners and customers alike sometimes experience windows left with less than perfect results.

Fast forward to today and now Ionic’s new ‘Zero’ produces ultra pure water at zero parts per billion (0ppb) and sets a new GOLD STANDARD for pure water cleaning.

Water at 0ppb is one thousand times purer than water at 0ppm and because pure water cleans by dissolving dirt ions, it follows that water at 0ppb is capable of dissolving 1,000 times more dirt than water of 0ppm.

Other systems remove only dissolved solids from the water supply; uniquely the Zero removes both dissolved solids and all organics as well as bacteria from the water supply. The result is not only water that is 1,000 times purer but also ultra pure water free from micro-organisms such as legionella bacteria and the organic matter that bacteria feeds upon. A significant benefit is that bio-film cannot form upon the surface of filter media or the RO membrane that means that filters maintain day one performance which in turn means lower running costs.

The Zero™️ System has an impressive 8 stages of water treatment and automated tech including:

• PFS™️ Periodic Flush System - On start up this feature automatically flushes the Reverse Osmosis Membrane for a period of 2 minutes. Thereafter the RO flushes for 2 minutes every hour during the filling process.
• ROMS™️ Reverse Osmosis Maintenance System - At the end of each tank fill, pure water is diverted to the RO membrane housing. Leaving the RO membrane bathing in pure water between fills ensures that dissolved solids (found in tap water) do not foul the membrane. Further, dissolved solids that are not removed from the membrane surface during Periodic Auto Flush cycles are absorbed by the pure water during the "rest period" to be flushed away during the first flush on startup.
• PDI™️ - Perpetual De-ionization - This feature considerably extends DI resin contact time. Ultra purification is achieved by repeated exposure of purified water to the final DI polishing stage.Cleaning with the 18meg-ohm (0PPB) water is a breeze, powering through years of baked on dirt and the dulling effects of pollution on glass. Pure water production of up to 5 liters or 1.6 gallons per minute at maximum operating pressure of 80 psi. This holds true for the 'S' version as well.

V4™️ is version 4 of The Reach & Wash System first launched in 1997.

The V4™️ truck-mount pure water professional window cleaning system has seen significant improvements over the lifespan of its development. 10% weight reduction and a lower center of gravity has improved vehicle handling.

It boasts tech options to improve filter performance, RO membrane life and water quality.

Tech Features:

DiFUSE™️ (10 MEGΩ) (No Pump)

DiFuse is Ionic's cold pure water delivery truck-mount delivery system. Designed for quick pure water filling from a static water treatment system or emergency filling from a main water supply.

FUSE™️ (11 MEGΩ) (No Pump)

The FUSE™️ is a high performance, fully automatic, full five-stage RO/DI system. Fully automated fill with PFS™️ and PDI™️ are standard. Pure water production is up to 3 liters per minute dependent on the main water supply.

FUSION™️ (12 MEGΩ) (Pump)

FUSION™️ is a high performance, fully automatic five-stage RO/DI system with boosted fill, PFS™️, ROMS™️, & PDI™️ as standard features. Pure water production up to 3 liters per minute at maximum operating pressure of 80 psi.

FUSION™️ S (Pump)

FUSION™️ S is an ultra high performance system designed for the most demanding customers as well as the world's hottest climates. Fully automatic five-stage RO/DI system with boosted fill, PFS™️, ROMS™️, & PDI™️ as standard features and has stainless steel filter housings. Pure water production is up to 5 liters per minute at maximum operating pressure of 160 psi.

V4™️ THERMOPURE

The new V4™️ THERMOPURE fills the gap between Ionic's Zero™️ with zero Parts Per Billion (PPB) water quality and Ionic's cold water V4™️ The system provides a hot water experience. Previously your only option was to add the Ionic HotBox™️ alongside your system. Now it's a fully integrated hot water, pure water experience.

V4™️ STATIC

The V4™️ STATIC system does not contain any water storage. It is a delivery system only. The S version has a stainless steel container for the RO Membrane (the other canisters are Polyethylene. A fully stainless steel version is available (all canisters in stainless steel), please speak to your sale rep to get a custom quote.

The MEG Ω Difference

The MEG Ω is a small unit of measure, but ultra pure water in the MEG Ω range delivers faster, better spot free results that you can visibly see.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Quattro portable system is the best point of use system for a wide variety of Window, Solar Panel and Hard Surface exterior cleaning applications. The tough, compact design and ease of use makes the Quattro the number one choice for work in any area where both water and electricity are available (a generator can also be used).

Window Cleaners make use of the Quattro to access remote parts of modern buildings such as court-yards and roof tops for atrium cleaning. High-rise buildings where suspended platforms are used as well as the abseiling technique also benefit from short water-fed pole cleaning from rooftop Quattro use. On-site building maintenance teams also use the Quattro for in-house window and façade cleaning duties as well as spot-free car washing.

The Quattro ‘S’ model is designed for high performance in the Worlds most demanding environments. Plastic filter housings may be prone UV degradation and to failure in temperatures above 30C. The ‘S’ model features high-pressure stainless steel filter housings that can withstand temperatures in direct sunlight of up to 50C. Because the pressure is boosted even further, the QuattRO ‘S’ can be used by several operators up to 80ft.

The Quattro™ – is available in three configurations. The standard Quattro System works from water pressure alone (min 60psi), and is suitable for a single operator to use at lower levels.

• Carbon Filter, Removes Chlorine, protects RO membrane.
• 5 Micron Filter – Removes impurities larger than 5 microns.
• RO Filter- Mechanically filters water rejects up to 98% of remaining impurities.
• DI Filter – Polishes water to zero parts per million purity.

In hard water areas an in-line water softener is recommended to remove harmful calcium. If not removed from the water supply calcium causes poor performance and premature failure of the RO filter membrane.

Ionic Systems Trion RO/DI Electric System (110V) - Portable Professional Window Cleaning Cart

The Trion portable system is a multi-stage filtration system for a wide variety of window, solar panel and hard surface exterior cleaning applications. The tough, compact design and ease of use makes the Trion the perfect choice for residential and light commercial work in any area where both water and electricity are available (a generator can also be used).

The Trion uses a combination of reverse osmosis and de-ionization to purify water in areas of hard water. It comes with an electric brass pump powered at 110v, electric motor and controls.

Window cleaners make use of the Trion to access remote parts of modern buildings such as courtyards and roof tops for atrium cleaning and high-rise buildings where suspended platforms are used. On-site building maintenance teams also use the Trion for in-house window and facade cleaning duties.

The Trion has a stainless steel RO housing and plastic filter housings for the DI and Carbon filters. Since the RO housing is stainless steel it can withstand better pressures therefore producing better quality pure water. 

The Trion produces up to 5 liters of pure water when running at maximum operating pressure (160 psi).

In certain areas of the country where water is extremely hard an in-line water softener may be recommended to remove harmful calcium which can cause poor performance and premature failure of the RO filter membrane. Please note that the Trion requires a quick manual process for backwashing the RO membrane.

The Ionic Systems Caddy™️ is a simple system that allows water fed cleaning wherever there is access to a water supply.

There are four Caddy™ configurations: A single DI, a double DI, a triple DI and a triple multi-stage filtration system which includes DI, Carbon and RO. All of them come seated in a metal frame with a carry strap.

Units can be chosen from De-Ionization (DI) in soft-water areas where Reverse Osmosis (RO) isn't necessary to RO for hard water areas.

Providing adequate water pressure (50psi/3.5 bar min) is available at the water source, the Caddy™ system can supply an adequate stream of pure water for cleaning...up to 45ft in most cases.

Note: The single system has one polymer housing, the double system has two polymer housings and the triple has three polymer housings.

PERFORMANCE The Ionic System RO/DI Caddy produces up to 1 liter per minute when running at optimal operating pressure (60 psi). The amount is dictated by the incoming water pressure. The maximum should be 80 psi.

Stainless Steel Hose Reel with Wheels

Superb quality non-rusting stainless steel hose reel with wheels for ease of transportation. This hose reel is built to last and will stand up to even the most punishing of work schedules! 

Holds approximately 100m-200m of Ionic RX Hose (or any 8mm hose) or 50m-100m of standard 1/2 inch hose. Comes with a hose tail on the inside to connect one stretch of hose (to wind up).

In order to connect your water fed pole line to the water output you'll also need to purchase separately an RX Hose Adapter (3/8" Hose to 1/2"inch fitting (RXHADA).

The inside width (where the hose wraps around in-between the walls) is 9 inches. The width from outer wheel (nut) to outer wheel (nut) is approximately 19 inches. and the handle extends out past that approximately another 4.5 inches. The height is 34.5 inches.
