SkyVac Health & Safety Vacuums
SkyVac offers commercial, industrial high reach vacuuming systems suitable for ATEX and other health & safety environments. Our specially designed and certified carbon fiber poles reach up to 40 feet high and are designed for explosive environments.
ATEX is an abbreviation for "Atmospheres Exposables"
Explosive atmosphere can contain flammable gases, mists or vapors, or combustible dust. If there is a sufficient concentration of these substances, mixed with air, an ignition source can cause an explosion. The SkyVac ATEX system takes away the ignition source.
What kind of dust is combustible?
Examples of potential combustible dust include: cereals, flour, starch, sugar, animal feed, light metals, coal, plastics, textiles, etc.
