The return policy for Clean Direct, SkyVac USA & SkyVac Canada, MosmaticPro and all of our other websites is the same.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and return shipping is paid by the customer.
Note: If we have made a shipping error on our end we will reimburse you for the return shipping amount.
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
- You must complete this form. Emails and phone call requests for returns will not be accepted. Your submittal automatically time stamps your request and opens a service ticket in our system.
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
Our team then validates your request and, if qualified for a return, will email you return instructions, including a Return Authorization Number.
How to Return
- Package your item(s) using plenty of packing material and a sturdy box. You can return it in the original shipping box as long as it's not damaged
- Cover or strike through all existing addresses or barcodes
- Write-on or affix a shipping label, make sure you include a return address. This should be addressed to: Clean Direct Inc, 1000 N. Horner Blvd, Sanford NC 27330
- Use a trackable shipping service and make sure you save the tracking number
- Insure the shipment (if it's lost or damaged on the way back to us, you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
These include but are not limited to: Perishable goods Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards Downloadable software products.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) For example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; also, any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Many of the products we sell are larger-sized, systems/equipment that require palletized freight shipment. As a general rule large equipment is non-returnable unless there is a significant manufacturer's defect or if the shipment is significantly damaged during shipping.
Clean Direct Inc. does NOT offer a "Try & Buy" program. Once freighted equipment is purchased and received by customer then the sale is 100% complete. On some very special circumstances Clean Direct Inc. may offer a special guarantee or promise. This must be received by customer in writing BEFORE making the purchase. Freighted equipment returned to Clean Direct Inc. WITHOUT a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender. Customer will be responsible for all returned or refused shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund , please contact us here.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping.
If you need an item replaced immediately and you don't have time to wait for the exchange. Then you can order and pay for a duplicate item on our website then ship the first one back to us. Once we have received it and inspected it we will issue a refund (if applicable).
