Return Policy

All SkyVac products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty (free from manufacturing defects). This does not include normal wear and tear to product or consumable items like filters and dust bags.

System sales are non-refundable unless previously agreed to in writing before the sale.

All new accessory returns have a 15% restock fee plus shipping is non-refundable. Returns must be received in 2 weeks from receipt of item and be in new, unused condition. SkyVac reserves the right to inspect and deduct a reasonable amount for any signs of product wear or refuse the return entirely.

Once the request has been received we may ask for you to send pictures of the item in question so we can validate the claim or assist in fixing the problem. The majority of claims we receive are actually operator error or very small and easily resolved issues so please give us the opportunity to help guide you through it.
